To create an SCP 1471-A costume, you will need an animal skull mask, tattered wolf ears attached to a messy black wig, and wolf-like hands and feet. While the game version shows SCP 1471-A dressed in black shirt and pants, there are many interpretations of its clothing, though its costume almost always includes rope tied around the waist like a belt.
