A-18 is, well, the 18th entity you may encounter in the Rooms. A-18 appears to be a blue face with black pupils, and a blue mouth. X-18 appears to be the same, except for the fact that it's green, with 5 eyes, and it frowns instead. Z-18 is the same as X-18, but it's pink, with 8 eyes, and it smiles again. J-18 looks like A-18, with extra eyes, and inverted with a yellow color. It also has an X eye. W-18 appears to be the same, except for the fact that it is now yellow, it's mouth is longer, and
