She wears a black bow on her head, black gloves, a black tie shaped like a sword, a short navy vest over a light blue long-sleeved shirt, a black belt, a navy blue skirt, and thigh-high boots. Blue wields a scythe with a curved and contorted blade with a giant blue eye at the top of its hilt.
