More than 500 U. S. flags are to be displayed in Liverpool for the "Flags of Honor and Gratitude" onVeterans Day, November 11th, organized by the Onondaga North Rotary Club. Each flag has been donated by a family to honor a veteran or first responder whose service has helped make the world a safer place. Flags can still be purchased. The American flag will be displayed on the lawn of Wegmans on Route 57 for two weeks around Veterans Day.
