This Shiny Voltorb is a Electric-type Pokémon owned by Goh. Voltorb was running away from Goh and Ash. When the both of them asked Chloe to help them, she panicked. Voltorb took the advantage by jumping over her but was soon caught by Goh from mid-jump.
