Intermediate Mode, Tower Defense X Wiki

Intermediate Mode is a mode with 35 Waves. It is the ideal gamemode for players that want to grind, as it awards double the Gold and EXP that you would get from a victory on Easy Mode. It is a nice balance of difficulty for average players, and an extreme but beatable challenge for newbies. It is recommended to have both the Operator tower and the Missile Trooper before even attempting this gamemode. It's is much more difficult than easy mode. Intermediate Mode enemies are the ranked up versions
