When Capcom first revealed what would eventually be known as Okami, it didn't have such an appealing style to it. Sporting realistic graphics (for its time) and boring-looking gameplay, Capcom went back to the drawing board and completely retooled it. Released yesterday amidst a flurry of high-profile releases, Okami may have a lot of competition this week, but it looks to be one of the best games of the year, especially if our initial impressions stay true.

is still selling Okami brand new and sealed for $20! So I took advantage of that and treated myself to a copy of one of my favorite games of all time.
