White overlap in Cars Race-o-Rama · Issue #9850 · hrydgard/ppsspp

A white rectangle overlaps almost all the screen during a race. Had no luck in fixing it by playing with graphics settings. Some game objects appear over this overlap but track and enemies are invisible. System: Windows 8.1, Asus X540S.w
