Despite the success of some of the more recent titles like Gran Turismo and Forza, Need for Speed is the best-selling racing video game franchise of all time. It is therefore fitting that it is now being made into a film which will debut next year. This will be preceded by a new game, Need for Speed: Rivals, which debuts November 19th of this year.
