DOMAINE LABET JURA ~ Red Wine ~ ~ 30% Trousseau, 30% Pinot Noir, 5% Poulsard, 5% Gamay, 30% old grape varieties ~ VINEYARD : Blend of grapes and parcels, including forgotten old Jura varieties such as Enfariné and Petit Béclan. VINIFICATION : Grapes and parcels were vinified separately; aging 7 months in old 228 liters barrels followed by blending of the wines and bottled 4th June 2018.
