Wonder Woman 1984 review: a dark take on Gal Gadot's bright hero

Patty Jenkins and Gadot re-teamed for the DC Comics movie sequel, which also brings back Chris Pine as Steve Trevor, and casts SNL actor Kristen Wiig and The Mandalorian’s Pedro Pascal as villains.
