I see a lot of false information about therians, so I decided to make this a article thanks. what are therians ? therians are people who are Spiritually or Mentally Identify as animals ( not physically), for example, some therians believe they had a past life as a certain animal ( something more than one animal). Here are some therian Vocabulary: A theriotype the animal which a therian Identify with ( note: some therians have more than one theriotype). therian gear is Items that a therian will wear to Connect with their theriotype. ( You don't need therian gear to be a therian) A shift is when a therian goes into a more animal like state that is usually triggered by something ( note that there are different types of shifts like, for example, a mental shift There is a lot more shifts But i'm not getting into that yet. and not every therian has a shift). Now, here is some false information about therians: Therian are not connected to furries they are two different things, but you can be a therian and furry at the same time. therians do not physically believe they are animals they know they are people. therian is not a religion more of a belief. therian is not a hobby it's an Identify therian is not a pretend thing is real therian is not an LGBT+, but some therians are part of the LGBT+. hopefully, this helps you understand therian if you're interested in therians please do some more research.
